Dave Sehn’s involvement in organized hockey began later than most, joining the Sportsplex league in Langley, BC at age 21 after growing up playing street hockey with his brothers.

After moving to Lethbridge, Alberta and discovering there was no local roller hockey program, Dave saw an opportunity and helped establish Roller Hockey Lethbridge. As the league grew and became part of the Alberta Minor Roller Hockey Association, Dave’s involvement expanded provincially and nationally, eventually leading to his appointment to the Roller Hockey Canada Board.

Professionally, Dave has spent many years in management, business intelligence, financial analysis, and performance-focused roles within the telecommunications industry. He brings that analytical background to his leadership of the federation, with a strong emphasis on financial stability, responsible decision-making, and sustainable growth.

Dave remains actively involved in Roller Hockey Lethbridge and is passionate about the role community sport can play in bringing people together. As President and Chair, his focus is on strengthening the organization nationally while helping create opportunities for inline hockey to grow at the grassroots level across Canada.

Jim Pratt serves as Executive Director of the Canadian Inline Hockey Federation (Canada Inline), where he is helping lead the national growth and unification of inline hockey across Canada.

A CPA with more than 25 years of experience as a production accountant for major U.S. film and television studios, Jim brings extensive expertise in financial management, governance, strategic planning, and organizational development.

For the past 17 years, Jim has been actively involved in organized inline hockey, serving in numerous volunteer leadership roles, including President and Treasurer of the North Shore Inline Hockey League (NSIHL). His focus has always been on building strong community-based programs, supporting volunteers, and creating sustainable opportunities for athletes from grassroots participation through to representing Canada on the international stage.

Jim is committed to building a transparent, accountable, and sustainable national federation that strengthens local leagues while growing the sport across Canada.

Alex Lewis grew up playing hockey in Toronto, competing at the Junior A level before continuing his career at Morrisville State College, where he played NCAA Division III hockey. After college, he spent time playing semi-professionally in Finland and in the FHL before moving to Western Canada.

It was out west that Alex discovered inline hockey and developed a new passion for the game. Now back in Toronto with his wife and two children, he remains actively involved in the sport as a player and is committed to helping create more opportunities for kids and adults to experience roller hockey.

Professionally, Alex works in the film and television industry as a payroll accountant, bringing extensive financial and production experience to his role as Vice President, Finance. His goal is to combine that professional background with his experience as an athlete to help build a strong, sustainable organization and grow roller hockey across Canada.

Based in the Edmonton area, Greg Irish brings extensive officiating experience and a strong commitment to the development of officials to his role as Referee-in-Chief.

Greg has been involved in officiating both ice and inline hockey in Alberta and has participated in Hockey Alberta's officials development program. He also serves as Referee-in-Chief for the Alberta Pro Roller Hockey League and has been an important part of developing and maintaining officiating standards within the Canadian inline hockey community.

As the Canadian Inline Hockey Federation's Referee-in-Chief, Greg leads the development of national officiating standards, education, exams, and clinic materials while helping ensure consistency in the application of the game across the country.

Greg's experience at the local, provincial, and national levels provides the federation with an important officiating perspective as Canada Inline works toward stronger and more consistent national standards.

Dylan Williams has spent much of his life involved in both ice and inline hockey, with a particular focus on officiating and league operations. He achieved Hockey Canada Level V status as an on-ice official before a significant hip injury ended his ice hockey officiating career at the junior level.

Alongside his work in ice hockey, Dylan became heavily involved with the North Shore Inline Hockey League (NSIHL). His officiating experience also took him to the international stage, where he represented Roller Hockey Canada as a designated IIHF referee at the 2015 World Inline Hockey Championships in Tampere, Finland, and again in 2017 in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Dylan continues to play an important leadership role in both ice and inline hockey. He serves as Referee-in-Chief for North Vancouver Minor Hockey Association, North Shore Winter Club, and NSIHL, while also managing the NSIHL Adult League, which he helped launch in 2017 and has continued to grow.

Dylan brings extensive experience in officiating, league operations, and grassroots sport development to his role as Vice President, Operations. 

Based in Red Deer, Alberta, Chris Robertson brings a combination of business experience, community involvement, and a longstanding commitment to the growth of roller hockey in Alberta.

Professionally, Chris works in commercial insurance with HUB International, where he helps businesses manage risk and develop insurance solutions. He brings valuable experience in business, risk management, and client relationships to the organization.

Chris has been actively involved in Alberta's roller hockey community and its provincial development through the Alberta Minor Roller Hockey Association (AMRHA). His experience at both the local and provincial levels provides an important perspective as Canada Inline works to strengthen its relationships with leagues and provincial organizations across the country.

As Secretary, Chris brings his professional experience and grassroots understanding of the sport to the continued development of a strong and sustainable national federation.

Meka Trepanier has been a driving force in Canadian inline hockey for more than two decades, with extensive experience developing national programs and representing Canada on the international stage.

Through his leadership of Canada Inline, Meka helped build and maintain Canada's presence in international inline hockey, developing relationships with athletes, coaches, tournament organizers, and international governing bodies around the world. His work has provided generations of Canadian players with opportunities to compete internationally, including through World Skate competition and other elite international events.

Meka brings an exceptional depth of knowledge and history to the Canadian Inline Hockey Federation. As Vice President, he continues to play an important role in the transition and growth of Canada Inline, helping strengthen Canada's international relationships while supporting the development of a unified national pathway for Canadian athletes.

His experience, relationships, and longstanding commitment to the sport provide an important link between Canada Inline's history and its future.

Malcolm Bremner has been a dedicated builder of roller hockey in Newfoundland and Labrador, bringing international experience as both a player and coach to the development of the sport in his home province.

As a player, Malcolm represented Canada at three IIHF World Championships. He later carried that international experience into coaching, working with athletes ranging from those discovering roller hockey for the first time through to national team programs.

At the grassroots level, Malcolm helped build Rival Hockey in St. John’s and has played a key role in establishing and growing organized roller hockey across Newfoundland and Labrador. As President of Roller Hockey Newfoundland & Labrador, he continues to develop opportunities for players and strengthen the sport throughout the province.

Malcolm brings an important combination of international experience and grassroots leadership, with a strong understanding of what it takes to build the game from the community level up.

Aaron Glenn is a leader in Alberta’s roller hockey community, with extensive involvement in the development of players, teams, and competitive programs throughout the province.

As Vice-President of the Alberta Minor Roller Hockey Association (AMRHA) and Team Alberta Program Director, Aaron helps lead provincial programming, player identification, team selection, and the development of opportunities for Alberta athletes to compete beyond their local leagues.

Aaron is also an active coach, working directly with youth and elite-level players and leading competitive teams at major events including the State Wars Hockey Championships. His hands-on involvement gives him a strong understanding of the pathway from grassroots league participation through to provincial and higher-level competition.

Aaron brings a valuable combination of provincial leadership, coaching experience, and player development to the national organization, with a focus on creating stronger pathways and expanding opportunities for young inline hockey players across Canada.
